For the past 6 months we've been developing our plugin and receiving invaluable feedback, offering all functionality absolutely for free. To continue enhancing your experience with Weavely and keep adding new advanced features, we will introduce pricing plans next month. While select advanced features will move to the paid version, we'll maintain a free tier with numerous Weavely features.
Our Mission: Advanced and Affordable Form Builder
When designing our upcoming pricing model, we were first of all aiming for it to be affordable. Not only for large enterprises but also for freelancers and small businesses. And we think we managed to achieve this goal. So, let us guide you through our new pricing tiers.
Free Plan
We want anyone to be able to use our tool, hence the free plan will remain very extensive. You will have access to 85% of all form elements that Weavely offers, with conditional logic and answer piping being part of the free tier too.
These are the most essential features that will let you create complex forms and surveys. In addition, you will be able to build 5 forms, including generating them with AI, and receive 100 responses per month. Sounds good, no? ;)
Starter Plan
Our Starter plan is perfect for individual users and those who want to test the tool, as this tier allows you to create unlimited number of forms. This way, you'll be able to experiment and A/B test any aspect of your forms.
The Starter plan removes Weavely branding, gives you 1000 responses a month and unlocks such advanced features like file upload and custom script.
This all will only cost you $10/month. And even less than that if you buy an annual subscription!
Although called a "Starter" plan, there are very few things you can't do with this type of subscription. The only limitations include a restriction on the number of users (1 seat) and absence of custom branding, such as customised domain and social media preview.
Pro Plan
The Pro plan is more team-oriented and is ideally tailored for small businesses. Whether you're a design team working on forms or involving clients in the creative process, the Pro tier ensures everyone has a seat at the table, with 3 seats available.
You might also opt for this plan if your forms are response-heavy, as it will provide you with 5000 responses a month.
And of course, with the Pro subscription you unlock custom branding. This means you will be able to add your custom domain to the form and customise the social media preview - edit the text and image that will appear in the link preview whenever you share your form or survey on social media platforms.
This tier costs $30/month. And if you choose to buy an annual subscription, you will get 2 months free.
Enterprise Plan
The Starter or Pro plans do not meet your exact needs? You would like more than 5000 responses a month or your team is requires more than 3 seats? Our Enterprise plan exists to cover this all! We will make sure to create a plan for you and your company that will be tailored to your specific needs. Just talk to us and we'll figure it out😊
What the Paid Version Introduction Means for Our Current Users
Our users will be by default attributed to the free plan starting from the 1st of February 2024. But don't worry, you won't lose any of your work. All our current users will have access to their forms even if they previously used paid features in them. However, you won't be able to add advanced features to the newly created forms and your number of seats will be reduced to one.
